Pueblo Peppers Refund Policy

Tickets purchased for Pueblo Peppers games are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued due to changes in personal plans, scheduling conflicts, missed games, unused tickets, or failure to attend. In the event that a game is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled, the Pueblo Peppers will communicate any applicable ticket options or policies to ticket holders at that time. By purchasing tickets, season tickets, flex packs, or voucher packages, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to this All Sales Are Final policy. The Pueblo Peppers reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at their sole discretion.

Replacement Tickets

For damaged or destroyed E-tickets, please reprint them by logging in to your account.
